Billy Cline received his Associate of Arts degree at Crowley's Ridge College and his Bachelor of Science degree in Bible at Freed-Hardeman University in Henderson, Tennessee. 

Billy has preached for several congregations:  Arbyrd, Missouri (1979), De Soto, Missouri (1980 - 1986), Salem, Arkansas (1986 - 1988), Newark, Arkansas (1988 - 1991), and Corning, Arkansas (1991 - 2003). He has held gospel meetings in Arkansas, Iowa, and Missouri; and also preached in Guyana, and South America.

In 2004, he began working closely with the India translation Center for Truth for Today World Mission School and speaking weekly to inform the brethren about this worldwide mission effort.

Bill and his wife Inez have two sons, B.J. and John and a daughter-in-law, Martha.
