for Today World Mission School.
Since 1989, Truth for Today World Mission School has published the periodical Truth For Today
to provide biblical instruction to national preachers around
the world. The 52-page periodical is filled with
expository Bible studies, including sermon and class
suggestions and visual aids. It is ad-free and is sent
overseas free of charge.
In the hands of a national preacher, Truth for Today provides strong biblical guidance
and encouragement. Specific content guidelines have been set to ensure that the teaching materials
are in harmony with the restoration of New Testament Christianity. Specifically, (a) these materials
are to respect and promote the New Testament church and must not in any way sanction or lend credence
to denominationalism; that is, religious bodies created by man; (b) these materials must concentrate
on the exposition of the teachings of the Bible in a fundamental, safe, and practical way; (c) these
materials must always be clear on the way of salvation through faith, repentance, confession of Jesus
Christ, and baptism for the forgiveness of sins, as taught in the Scriptures; (d) these materials must
promote the worship of God according to the New Testament pattern and must not express any kind of approval
for any kind of human innovation; (e) these materials must not argue for American Christianity as opposed to
arguing for the universal Christianity of the New Testament with its eternal principles which may be appropriately
applied in any culture.

Letters from recipients:
Letters of gratitude arrive daily at the central office of Truth for Today World Mission School. The
following comments are excerpts from letters sent by preachers, teachers, and students in various nations.
Some have been translated.
I am one of the recipient-evangelists of the Truth For Today magazines. Your magazines
have helped to prepare, equip, and empower me as a gospel minister. I want to confess that
'Truth For Today' magazine is another powerful tool against the kingdom of darkness.
--Nigeria, Africa
We sincerely acknowledge the magazines you sent to Mutare Bible School. Such material will go
a long way in the teaching and learning process at school. Books and magazines are a rare
species in Africa. We have a total of sixty-one students, resident at school....We have become a
training center for preachers in Mozambique, [the Congo], Malawi, and Zambia.
--Zimbabwe, Africa
You are the people with a heavenly message; as Jesus said to Peter, “feed my sheep.” You now
lead us and feed us; you are considered to be Jesus’ disciples. In fact, I do not know how
to express the love I have in my heart for you...
--Iraq
Thank you for continuing to send me Truth for Today. As always, my thanks go to all who
contribute to the production and mailing of this publication....With increasing numbers of migrants,
particularly from Asia and also from Muslim countries in the Middle East, we are now meeting
many people who have grown up with no knowledge of Christianity.
--New South Wales, Australia
Thanks for the words of encouragement, coming from God’s Word....When we receive your
issues we experience joy, because we know that you are...like the first Christians of
Berea (who examined the Scriptures daily, whether these things were so) and do all of this
with love.
--Italy
For me, this “Printed Preacher School” is the best way of education and training the ministers
to grow spiritually, for it allows the students to do research works and it gives greater
opportunity to review the lessons.
--Philippines
Truth for Today has given us joy and prepared us for the teaching and knowledge of the
kingdom of God. Without any doubt, it will be very important and appreciated for us to receive
the next issues....All the lessons...are very helpful in teaching and spreading the gospel of
our Lord Jesus Christ.
--Brazil
We have received Studies of Biblical Literature and it helps us a lot for our training courses. By reading it, we know more about
the historical background of the Bible and we are glad to say it has become a great reference book. We hope that we will continue to receive help
from you.
--China
Thanks for God's grace that we have received Studies of Biblical Literature. They are an abundant inspiring food for us and give
us one more channel to learn God's Word. We hope that you can provide more journals in the future so our lives can be cultured by the Word of God.
--China
Studies of Biblical Literature has been an excellent source of education for us. It will play an important role in our future
study and research on the Bible and we've seen the light ahead like we have never seen before. We hope to receive every copy of these
journals in the future.

Although Truth for Today World Mission School’s main focus is sending biblical literature to
preachers and teachers, we receive many letters from people who are searching for the truth and want to
know about God’s plan of salvation. To answer this need, TFTWMS has published a 512-page book
entitled Becoming a Faithful Christian that explains how to be saved and live for Christ.
Each copy of Becoming a Faithful Christian in various
languages except Spanish also contains a New Testament.
